Our Services

Culture Alignment

Why is our name C&A?  We believe that at its core, an organization's culture and it’s peoples attitudes about work are its most valuable assets.  We are typically called in when a leader ‘knows’ something is wrong, but has yet to isolate the challenges.  Through a careful assessment process, we identify the key levers that impact an organization's culture and develop a targeted approach to nurture positive behaviors and workplace attitudes.  

Executive Coaching

Executive coaching is a structured, one-on-one development process for leaders, and research consistently shows it delivers benefits at three levels: personal, leadership, and organizational.  Leaders who understand themselves make better decisions and build stronger relationships.   Leaders become more effective at guiding teams and driving outcomes.  Coaching turns insight into measurable results.  Leadership can be lonely, especially for senior leaders who often lack trusted, unbiased input.
