With a career spanning both the nonprofit and corporate sectors, she is recognized for driving revenue growth, strengthening effectiveness, and developing strategic solutions that position organizations for long-term success.
Through her work as Founder and CEO of Philanthropy Fortified, Tarsha has helped nonprofits build sustainable fundraising models, strengthen donor pipelines, and elevate their philanthropic impact. Having generated more than $100 million in philanthropic support throughout her career, she brings deep expertise in relationship management, corporate engagement, and community partnerships. Her leadership style, strategic perspective, and results-oriented approach make her a trusted advisor to organizations and corporations seeking to grow their influence and impact.
